Alicia Roman

Alicia joined WISH-TV's Forecast 8 in September 2008. Prior to WISH-TV, Alicia worked at WIS-TV in South Carolina. There, she was the weekend morning weather anchor since February 2006. Before that, Alicia was at WHIZ-TV, the NBC affiliate in Zanesville, Ohio. While in Zanesville she began her television career as the weekend weather anchor and then the weekday weather anchor for the first ever 6:00 a.m. morning show called, "Sunrise in Southeastern Ohio."

Alicia is a 2003 graduate of Penn State University where she studied broadcast journalism. Born and raised in a small town northeast of Pittsburgh, PA, Alicia has been fascinated by weather since she was a little girl.

Alicia can be seen on WISH-TV's 24-Hour News 8 Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on MyNDY Channel 23.
