John LaBerge

John LaBerge is a multiplatform journalist at WISH-TV.  He started in March of 2012.

After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Political Science he entered the world of sales.   After a brief but successful sales career he realized life was too short and decided to follow his passion into journalism.   
John spent several years as a reporter in Alabama where he had the chance to cover the deadly April 2011 tornados that devastated much of the North Alabama.   He also was on the beaches as tar balls washed ashore after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf.    

John and his wife Lindsey became proud parents of their son Jack in late 2011.   All three are excited to live only minutes away from family and call Indianapolis home again.
