5 Marion Co.schools to hold H1N1 clinic

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Marion County is hosting five H1N1 flu shot clinics for Franklin township elementary school students next week.

Monday 11/16 - Wanamaker Elementary School
Tuesday 11/17 - Arlington Elementary School
Wednesday 11/18 - Acton Elementary School and Thompson Crossing Elementary School
Thursday 11/19- South Creek Elementary School
Friday 11/20 - Adams Elementary School and Bunker Hill Elementary School

Immunizations will take place between 9:00a and 2:00p. Immunization dates for intermediate schools, middle schools, and Franklin Central High School will be announced at a later time.

Consent forms for the immunizations are being sent home Wednesday afternoon with students.

Parents wishing to have their child vaccinated must return this form by this Thursday, November 12.

Immunizations are being given free of cost to students, and are not mandatory.
