BEFORE GOING BACK TO WORK:

  • Reassess your before-baby beauty routine.
  • Cut down on time consuming, unnecessary steps.
  • Get an easy Haircut.
  • Go Pro and get your make-up done. Learn a 5 minute fool proof routine.
  • Go Shopping- with an honest friend!
  • Buy Interim Pieces that fit your post-baby body and make you feel good.
  • Invest in Spanx or Shapewear.
  • Really get to know your daycare provider to alleviate worry.

BACK TO WORK:

  • Lay out as much as you can the night before.
  • Sleep deprived? Tired Eyes? Pat on an eye brightener.
  • Bring 2nd “Back-up” outfit to work or slip a robe over nice clothing prior to leaving the house.
  • Allow yourself plenty of time to get to/from work so you won’t feel rushed.
  • If possible return mid-week or on a Friday to ease back into your 9 to 5.
  • Scout out a private place to pump if still breast-feeding.
