Inflammation normal part of life. We see this on the outside as redness ,heat, swelling, pain. Main cornerstone of body's defense system immune response, increasing circulation, nourishment and healing.
If persistent it can lead to tissue breakdown and wear and tear on the body and increased aging and disease.

Steps.
1. Stop eating the wrong things
a. refined, processed and manufactured foods.

2. Eat whole real natural food.           

3. Carbohydrates  in veggies and fruits/ low glycemic foods.

            a. Good ones beans, squash, sweet potatoes

            b.  Dark green leafy vegetables,

            c. If you eat grains then whole grains with the entire grain, avoid flour.

4. Good oils, Fatty fish, fish oils supplements, avocado, coconut oil, olive oil.

5. Natural spices, ginger, tumeric (not sugar, catsup)
