Many women know that it's important to get enough Calcium for strong bones—and Vitamin D ( 400IU ) should be included with your calcium supplement to get the full benefit of calcium. What about heart health?

 

Heart Healthy Vitamins

  • Omega 3 fatty acids- found in fish oil tabs. Effective for cholesterol lowering and heart health. Need to take 1-4 grams per day

 

  • Niacin- used in cholesterol lowering, helps to increase our good cholesterol. Should always consult a doctor before taking any niacin product

 

  • Vitamin E- used for overall heart health. Current recommendation of 200 IU  per day, not to exceed 400 IU per day.  Consult a healthcare professional before use
