Determing the Causer of Your Injury

If you are having knee pain or hip pain it could be due to weakened muscles. Physical Therapist Matt Redshaw from Franciscan St. Francis Sports Medicine shows you how to determine the cause of your injury by checking posture, double leg squat test and single leg squat test.

Tips:

1. If things don't get better in 7 to 10 days, call your doctor

2. Do the Self-Assessment in front of a mirror or with a partner

3. Stretch what is tight, strengthen what is weak. Don’t forget about other muscles around the area.
