Many people with asthma have triggers that can cause symptoms of asthma. The Asthma Express program may help people identify their triggers and provide materials for talking with their doctors to help better understand their disease.

At the Asthma Express booth, people can get screened to help determine if their asthma is uncontrolled and if allergens may play a role in their asthma. They can take their results to their Allergist or Pulmonologist to discuss and confirm the results and to determine if they should be screened for allergic asthma.

Dr. Travis Stork, Emergency Room (ER) physician and host of the Emmy® award-winning talk show “The Doctors,” says that he sees an endless train of patients with asthma attacks and symptoms resulting from asthma and allergic asthma and wants to help educate people about this serious and growing health problem.
