Finding more Whole Grains in the Grocery Aisle

 Dr. Travis Stork, ER physician and host of  The Doctors, knows that with all the health messages out there it can be confusing to know you’re purchasing the right products. This is especially true when it comes to following the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendation to choose products with whole grain as the first ingredient. 

The front of food packages can help give cues on what to look for, but Dr. Stork has additional tips to help make sure shoppers get what they want when browsing the grocery aisle. He can help shoppers understand the importance of whole grain and convey how to accurately identify it on a food label.
