Sleep deprivation causes:

1. increased stress

2. chronic elevation of cortisol and insulin

3. reduction of body repair

4. reduced sex hormones.

 

Sleep assist habits include:

1. Set bedtime routine

2. Low Lights 1 hour before

a. no TV

b. no Computer

3. Hot Bath

4. Journal, prep time for next day.
