The hardest part of your half or full marathon training is over, time to rest up and think about race day. With that in mind here are a few tips from Sports Medicine Specialist at Franciscan St. Francis Health Dr. John Bladea.

  •  Eat Plenty of Carbohydrates
  •  Avoid Any Unusual Foods
  • Stay Hydrated
  • Get Your Clothing and Gear Ready
  • Don't test new shoes on race day
  • Don't risk your health to finish the race!
