Julie Patterson, Circle City Go Girls and Jackie Dikos, Registered Dietician CSSD talk about the the nutrition side of training. Jackie shows you examples of what women who are training for the Mini should be eating. You might be surprised to find a fair about of carbs in the diet!

Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, join Circle City Go Girls women’s walking/running group to train for your spring 5k or half marathon.  Or join to get fit and feel great!  This will be a 12 week training class that will help you get to the start line of that spring race. Ex Mini marathon or 5k, Geist half marathon, Carmel half marathon, Rock the Relay etc…..

The group meets meet on Monday evenings 6pm at Sahm’s Cafe, downtown, Michigan St @Capitol Ave. PARKING IS FREE! First class is February 4, 2013
