In November Peace through Yoga will be opening their second yoga studio in the quaint town of Zionsville.  Approximately 30 different classes will be offered weekly ranging from Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Beginners’, Slow Flow, Gentle, Kundalini, Meditation, Yoga for Stress Reduction, Hot Yoga as well as special workshops.   Yoga for kids and teens will also be on the schedule at this location.

Sally Brown Bassett, owner of Peace through Yoga, says “ Yoga continues to be one of the fastest growing activities in the United States and after ten years, we are thrilled to be opening a second studio, especially in Zionsville. In the fast-paced society that we live in, yoga truly is a way to find peace, balance, and focus.”    The location will be 575 S. Main Street (on corner of 106 th and Zionsville Road).   Grand Opening will be Saturday, November 10.  Classes will be offered that morning with an open house from 1-4 p.m.

Peace through Yoga opened their first studio late 2002 in the heart of Eagle Creek Park.  Peace through Yoga also offers international yoga retreats mixed with adventure and service to destinations like Costa Rica and India.   Their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training has had many graduates in the last few years filling the need for yoga in the different parts of our state.   For more information, go to www.peacethroughyoga.com
