If you made a New Year's resolution to get fit that's great news and a great goal! Personal trainer Chip Bartels, suggest you take it be patient with your body, hold yourself accountable and be consistent with your routine. It's common to over do it when you first begin, hiring a professional might be a good idea and a great way to avoid injuries. Plus, you should always consult your doctor before starting any sort of workout regiment.
