If you love gardening find out how you can sign up for the Purdue Master Gardener program and get tips from a Master Gardener that you can you at home today.
Registration is now available for two local Master Gardener classes this fall. Both classes offer
50 hours of classroom instruction and information on opportunities for 50 volunteer hours for
Master Gardener certification.
The Marion County classes consist of 18 3-hour sessions on a wide variety of lawn and garden
topics. One class meets on Saturdays beginning September 22 and the other class meets on
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons starting September 18.
All class sessions are held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds this fall. Parking is free. A
registration fee of $150 is charged for materials such as the new Master Gardener manual.
