Finish up on planting

It is time to finish up on planting and prepare for winter. Finish planting your bulbs for Spring color.  Plant tulips, daffodils, crocuses and other spring flowering bulbs before the ground freezes.  You can also plant some bulbs in pots for indoor winter blooms, plant trees, shrubs and perennials early in november.
Take steps to prevent freeze damage.  Bring in hoses, breakable ornaments, statuary, clay pots and any other decorative items.
