It’s time to stop pinning and start doing! On Thursday, February 21, women can enjoy a night out learning how to turn their “Pinspirations” into reality at a hands-on workshop.
The Home Depot, in partnership with popular local DIY design and décor blogger Sarah, author of Thrifty Décor Chick, will host a Pinterest-inspired Do-It-Herself Workshop at the Castleton The Home Depot store. The event is part of a series of free monthly Do-It-Herself Workshops aimed at helping women tackle popular home décor projects.
Through her blog, Sarah aims to share tips and project ideas on how to create a beautiful home on a budget with her more than 57,000 readers. Working together with a The Home Depot design expert, Sarah will give participants a dose of do-it-yourself inspiration for their homes.
Women who attend the free Workshop will learn how to create a Pinterest-inspired mosaic tiled mirror
frame, how to set and grout mosaic tiles and how to select the right products to update the look of an
existing mirror. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to ask The Home Depot’s design
experts for advice on home decorating projects.
