When Bringing Kids to the Race:

*DO NOT FORGET THE SUNSCREEN!!! SPF 50, sweat proof is the best. Make sure they have a hat too.

*Earplugs are a must. Headsets are great too. Rent or buy a set for your kids.

*Be prepared to get up and walk around with them during the race from time to time. Don't expect them to sit on a hard aluminum seat for hours.

*Brings something for them to do when they get bored. Coloring books, small toys, Ipad, etc...

*Bring plenty of cold beverages, snacks and food for before and after the race.

*Dress them in extra comfortable clothing and bring a change of clothes.

*Let them run around to burn off energy before you get in the car.  Be prepared to sit in traffic on the way in and out.
