CoatChex , a high-tech, ticketless bailment system, announces its expansion into four new cities as well as its increase in inventory. CoatChex will now be servicing events, venues, bars and nightclubs in Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City and Washington, D.C. To supplement the expansion into new cities, CoatChex has increased its inventory by 500 percent by adding 20 CoatChex kegs to have a total of 25.
CoatChex uses today’s technology to transform the coat-checking industry into a ticketless, hassle-free service. The high-tech system connects a customer’s picture and phone number to their checked belonging, making the check-in process smooth and simple. The retrieval function is also simplified with QR codes linked to specific hangers. The process also collects valuable customer data. With an opt-in feature, customers can receive timely messages from businesses, while businesses are able to track and analyze customer data that can be used in marketing campaigns.
