Like so many women, guilt-free food expert Lisa Lillien has food on the brain. She considers herself a “foodologist,” not because she has some kind of fancy degree, but because she is obsessed with food –– how wonderful it is, and how much of it she can eat and still fit into her pants.

Ingredients:

• 1 stick light string cheese
• 1 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Fillet
• 1/4 cup low-fat marinara sauce

1. Tear string cheese into pieces, and roughly chop.

2. Place frozen Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillet on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and microwave for 2-1/2 minutes.
