Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. (KIB) and Sun King Brewery will host Draught for Drought, a fundraising event on September 14 at KIB’s office, 1029 Fletcher Ave from 6PM to 9PM. Funds raised from Draught for Drought will help water more than 10,000 all over the city that KIB is currently watering with the help of volunteers.
For a $5 dollar donation, guests to Draught for Drought will be able to enjoy a beer tasting courtesy of Sun King Brewery—in a commemorative pint glass, food trucks, live music, and draught root beer; all while learning about how to properly take care of trees during the severe drought. Experts will be on hand to answer questions, and education stations will be setup so guests can learn more in a hands-on environment. Tours of KIB’s offices—the first LEED Gold-certified nonprofit in Indiana—will also be available.
WHEN: Friday, September 14 | 6PM to 9PM
WHERE: KIB Offices | 1029 Fletcher Ave.
COST: $5 donation to KIB
