GO Ahead & Play project

Women’s Fund of Central Indiana’s GO Ahead & Play project is a student-led public art project engaging middle and high school students in a philanthropic leadership process by bringing art and music to central Indiana.
GO Ahead & Play is a public art project designed to engage young GO students in a philanthropic process and use their talents and leadership to art and music to central Indiana. The project is completely volunteer-driven.
In 2012/2013, Women’s Fund GO participants will plan, organize and implement GO Ahead & Play, featuring pop-up pianos that will be displayed in public spaces, key arts areas and co-located with Women’s Fund grantees, for people who would not normally be exposed to the arts.
GO participants will mobilize local female artists to design and decorate the pianos.
