accessABILITY Center for Independent Living (accessABILITY) is a non-profit organization that recognizes the innate rights, abilities, needs and diversity of people with disabilities and conditions of aging, serves as an agent of social change, works to ensure their voices are heard and for their full integration into barrier free community life.
Since 1987, the organization has assisted over 15,000 people with disabilities in Central Indiana (Marion and the surrounding counties), providing services in community-based settings. Our services promote freedom of choice that includes living where they want to live (typically their own home) with full access all aspects of community life.
accessABILITY has assisted people with disabilities to develop the skills necessary to make positive lifestyle choices, increase independence and become empowered.
