Jessica Wright demonstrate a sample of exercises that can be found at Indy Adventure Boot Camp. Special 3 week Pre-Thanksgiving Boot Camp starts Monday, Oct. 29th ! Indy Adventure Boot Camp have officially moved indoors for the winter. See below for locations and times.
This session runs Oct. 29th - Nov. 16th:
- Carmel- Off the Wall Sports, M-F @ 5:30am and 9:00am
- Fishers- The Fieldhouse, M-F @ 5:30am and 9:15am
- Zionsville- The Boys and Girls Club West, M,T, W, and Friday @ 5:30am and M-F @ 9:15am
- Co-Ed Saturday Morning Classes are Back!!! IU Health Sports Performance 7am (Nov 3rd, 10th, and 17th)
