STEAM! Comes to Conner Prairie

STEAM Innovation Fair will be held September 15 and 16 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is $14 adults; $13 seniors (65+); $9 youth (ages 2-12); free for members and youth younger than 2. STEAM! is an acronym for science, technology, engineering, the arts and math.

STEAM! Innovation Fair will offer a series of park-wide exhibits, activities, presentations, performances and hands-on demonstrations where visitors will come face-to-face with some of the most exciting innovations from the past and some of the most intriguing innovators of today.

STEAM-themed games and activities will be featured, like the Imagination Playground where kids can explore the relationship between creativity and innovation, the Deconstruction Zone where they can take apart electronics and toys to see how they’re made, the Math Midway which is a traveling exhibit of carnival-themed math activities from the Museum of Mathematics in NY, presentations and of course a parade of steam engines and antique tractors.
