Three hundred Christmas trees were delivered to the Dull Christmas Tree Farm, Thornton, IN., for shipment to troops overseas. Soldiers of the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team helped transport the trees donated from farms around Indiana. The project is sponsored by Christmas Spirit Foundation. FedEx is shipping the trees for free. Seventeen thousand trees from around the country are expected to be shipped to military families and Soldiers abroad, with the 300 from Indiana going to troops in Kuwait and Afghanistan.
