Lisa Riggin, Writing Director for Hallmark talks about the process of writing and how Hallmark makes sure they are relevant and contact to people. Let's be honest we turn to cards to express what we can't always say.

In 2011, Hallmark unveiled its new brand campaign, Life is a Special Occasion. While life’s big milestones are certainly worth celebrating, the concept of Life is a Special Occasion encourages us to pause and recognize those unplanned, perfectly imperfect moments as they happen. During the tour, Hallmark hopes to help our guests reflect upon and capture these moments, whether around a birthday celebration or in their daily lives.

 9:30-11:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012

Event will be held in the Chesapeake Room at the Canterbury Hotel 123 South Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225.
