One of the strangest (to Americans) but most missed by many Brits coming to the States is the Pork Pie. The Pork Pie very English cold meat terrine made from pork loan, apple-wood smoked bacon and seasoned with black pepper and sage, set in gelatin and encased in a hot water pastry. Its designed to be eaten cold. Tina pares it with a Goat Cheese and Tomato Tart.
