Purdue Chef Ambarish Lulay and student Grace O’Rourke are spicing up hot dogs by incorporating world cuisines and unique combinations to elevate your tailgating parties to gourmet status.

Take your dog for a walk-Mex it up with some charred Indiana corn, avocado and jalapeños Kraut  that dog add crushed pretzels and German mustard on top of sauerkraut. Shaved Corned beef+ potato salad+ crushed potato chips= a great St.Pats dog  Salty dog with giardinera+ feta+ crumbled bacon Cue the dogs with a  generous helping of shredded BBQ pork and French fried onions
