Angela Braden is a Ellison Cookie Contest Finalist and she presents Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Angela says the best part of this recipe is how quickly you can made these cookies, "it takes longer to warm the oven." You need only takes 3 ingredients to get wonderful moist cookies! Plus Angela offers up a tip for easy clean up.
1-2-3 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1 box of spice cake mix
1 bag of chocolate chips
Optional craisins or raisins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix pumpkin and cake mix until incorporated
Add chocolate chips and mix
Spoon 1” balls onto pan lined with Reynolds release aluminum foil
Flatten if desired with fork because cookies keep round shape
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Allow cookies to cool on rack for 5 minutes before storing in container
