    Indiana Democratic Governor candidate John Gregg mixes up is famous Watermelon Salsa in the Indy Style kitchen.

    RECIPE FOR JOHN GREGG:
    Watermelon Salsa
    6 cups diced seedless watermelon
    1 fresh jalapeno, finely diced – substitute any fresh pepper depending on level of hotness desired
    6 green onions, chopped
    ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    Juice of 1 fresh lime
    Unflavored light corn tortilla chips

    Mix all just before serving. Can substitute 1 t. cumin and 1 t. chili powder if you don’t care for cilantro. All quantities can be adjusted based on personal preference or the ingredients you have available.
