Lemon-Blueberry Layered Dessert

15 Savannah Smiles, crushed (about 2 cups)

1 can blueberry pie filling

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into each parfait glass. Spoon pie filling over cookies in each glass.

Spoon whipped topping into a bowl, fold in condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Spoon whipped topping mixture over pie filling in each glass. Repeat layers. Top with crushed cookies. Cover and chill for 4 hours.

Girl Scout cookies will be delivered beginning the week of January 31 and will be sold at booths at local retailers and financial institutions through mid-March. The cost is only $3.50 per package.
