All these finalists will complete for the grand prize at Indy’s Kitchen in Indianapolis on Tues, June 19 and in a People’s Choice judging on Weds, June 20th at Schmooza Palooza. 

William has been a life-long lover of spicy food. Somewhere along the way he
realized store bought brands of Salsa weren't really satisfying him
anymore. They were too mild and salty, even the ones that claimed to
be extra hot. So about a year ago, without even looking up a recipe,
he went to the grocery store in search of fresh ingredients to make an
intensely spicy salsa. He made a very small amount and was so happy
with it he started making it all the time. Some changes in the
formula were made along the way, and now he has the recipe to what he
feels is answer to my long quest for the right taste.

SALSRA uses all fresh produce and contains
Roma Tomatoes, an obscene amount of Habanero peppers, Jalapeno
Peppers, Blackberries, Raspberries, Garlic, Onions, Cilantro, Chives,
Lemon and Lime juice and more!
