Fig & Blue Cheese Crostini
Dalmatia Fig Jam
Prosciutto di Parma
Point Reyes Original Blue Farmstead Cheese
Crostini Crackers
Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
Spread 1/2 teaspoon of Fig Jam onto crackers, add slivered prosciutto and blue cheese. Top with parsley.
Three Onion Tart
1 Sweet Onion - such as Vidalia, 1004 or Peruvian, cut into half and then sliced very thinly
2 Shallots - sliced very thin
Roasted Garlic Onion Jam - one to try is Stonewall Kitchen
Puff Pastry - no need to make when there are so many good ones available
Saute onions in mixture of butter and olive oil (about 1 TBSP total) until lightly carmelized.
Follow directions on package for puff pastry. Cut square into thirds and top with Roasted Garlic Onion Jam and sauteed onions.
Grate parmesean cheese on top and broil for 30-45 seconds until browned.
