Bringing Home Baby

1)  Have your dog on a leash as you bring baby in for the first time.

2) Have a neutral person carry baby into the house and greet your dog calmly.

3) Don't put your dog outside because of the new baby. They need to form a bond.

4) Don't ignore your dog. Set aside time to play and make your dog feel loved.

5) Use positive reinforcement when your dog kindly associates with baby.
