Live Updates: The Zone Scoreboard

Opening night of the Indiana high school football season is underway and there is already plenty of exciting action on the gridiron across the state.

The 13th PeyBack Classic is currently underway at Lucas Oil Stadium, with Heritage Christian and Ritter tied at 28 early in the 4th quarter. Still to come is Merrilville vs Warren Central in the nightcap. Both games can be seen live on MyIndy TV 23, with Chris Widlic, Jim Sorgi, and Pat Boylan on the call.

Defending 5A state champion Carmel opens defense of its title tonight by hosting Columbus North. Carmel leads 27-0 in the 4th quarter.

A great game is brewing between Ben Davis and Cathedral. At the half, Ben Davis is up 17-13.
