INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Metro Police said they have arrested a third suspect in the robbery of a Family Dollar. The store was robbed Thursday afternoon. When an officer attempted to pull over the suspected robbers, they sped off in an SUV and crashed into a north side day care injuring several children.

Nathaniel Harris, 28, was arrested in the 4200 block of North Mitthoefer Road without incident, police said.

Harris faces robbery charges, carrying a handgun without a licence, confinement and fleeing the police. He will also be charged with the drug possession warrant out of Shelby County.

Police describe Harris as a violent offender. A police report suggests officers found identification belonging to Harris in the red Jeep Cherokee that slammed into the day care.

Friday morning, police released mug shots of the two suspects they arrested shortly after the day care crash. They are identified as 21-year-old Darron Crowe and 19-year-old Theo Sanford. Both face charges of robbery and fleeing law enforcement.

The two men are currently being held in the Marion County Jail.

24-Hour News 8 obtained surveillance video taken inside the Family Dollar store . The video shows two armed men entering the store and robbing the store clerk. IMPD detectives said the two men were inside the store for at least 2 and a half minutes.
