RUSHVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - A boy stranded in water under a railroad track bridge has been safely rescued.
Police were dispatched east of Perkins street and East State road 44 in Rushville when the boy's friend called for help.
The friend's cell phone battery died while speaking with dispatch.
