City to tackle graffiti at Winona site

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The city now owns the main building of the old Winona Hospital.

The old hospital is located in the 3200 block of North Meridian Street.

The building did not sell at the last tax sale and the Department of Metropolitan Development is looking to find a good use for the high profile property.

Officials said they plan to paint over and remove graffiti from the building on Friday beginning at 9 a.m.
