INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Business Journal is reporting the city of Indianapolis is considering privatizing the management of Lucas Oil Stadium, The Indiana Convention Center and Conseco Fieldhouse.

The city Tuesday began soliciting proposals.

The Capital Improvements Board currently manages the facilities but has struggled this year with a multi-million dollar deficit that has led to layoffs.

24-Hour News 8 has calls into the mayor's office seeking comment.
