INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - If you're thinking of buying a new car, the head of the Indianapolis Auto Show says an incentive is about to expire. He says it's a tax deduction available on new cars purchased before the end of the year and he hopes you'll do some of your shopping at the Convention Center.
