INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Police have arrested two students at an Indianapolis middle school, one accused of attacking staff members and another who allegedly brought a knife to school.
Police in the Indianapolis enclave of Lawrence say one 13-year-old boy lunged at his teacher and head-butted him following an argument Friday at Fall Creek Valley Middle School. The Indianapolis Star reports the boy then shoved the school principal. Security officers and the teacher later calmed the boy down.
Another 13-year-old was arrested after he alleged bragged about bringing a knife to school and threatened to cut other students.
Both students have been placed in juvenile detention.
