2nd arrest made in fatal 2012 crash

MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Investigators in Madison County have made a second arrest in connection to a fatal accident in 2012 .
The Madison County Sheriff’s Department has arrested 20-year-old Michael Phillip Ducheteau on a warrant for his involvement in a March 2012 fatal crash in Alexandria.
Ducheteau was reportedly racing another driver when two of his passengers were injured and one was killed when the vehicle crashed.
Ducheteau has been taken to the Madison County Detention Center and faces preliminary charges of reckless homicide, a Class C felony and two counts of criminal recklessness, a Class D felony.
