JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Three people were arrested this week after police discovered two marijuana grow operations.
According to a press release, officers served a search warrant Monday morning at a home near Ind. 7 and Grayford Road. Police discovered the growing operation with around 30 plants Young children were also in the home at the time of arrest. Toby B. Marsh 30, and Abigail J. Robinson 37, both of North Vernon, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; and neglect of a dependent child, a Class D felony.
Officers also served a search warrant on two residences on county roads 600 East and 400 South that were owned by the same person. In one home, officers found a large growing operation with more than 78 plants.
They seized 41 guns, a ballistic vest, and more than $76,000 cash. Growing equipment at both sites were also seized.
Owner of the homes, Randall Robinson, 31 of Dupont, was arrested for possession of marijuana, a Class D felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony.
