3 suspects charged in day care crash

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Marion County prosecutor filed formal charges against three robbery suspects who crashed into a day care last Thursday.
Metro police said Nathaniel Harris robbed a Family Dollar Store on Keystone Avenue along with 21-year-old Darron Crowe and 19-year-old Theo Sanford just before the crash.
“We were truly lucky that this tragedy was not worse,” said Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi. “Our prayers are with Javion and the others injured.”
Javion Miller, 5, is still in the hospital in fair condition.
