3 women face prostitution charges

    KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) - Three women were arrested on prostitution charges in Kokomo on Wednesday, Kokomo Police officials said.

    All three women were arrested at Kokomo hotels, as part of an investigation led by the Kokomo Police Drug Task Force.

    Chelsea M. Schleicher, 19, and 24-year-old April D. Wingo, both of Wisconsin, were arrested on preliminary charges of prostitution and possession of marijuana. Kokomo resident Erica Barnes, 23, was arrested on preliminary charges of prostitution and body attachment.

    All three women were taken to the Howard County Criminal Justice Center.
