BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (Herald Times) - Bloomington police are investigating a homicide.

According to the Herald Times , officers found a man's body in a house in the 900 block of South Madison Street.

The 53-year-old man died from what appear to be several stab wounds. He was found in the kitchen of the home by a friend who came to the house.

Bloomington police found no signs of forced entry into the home but both the front and back doors were unlocked.
