Man arrested in NW side strip mall killing
Shooting took place at Augusta Plaza in September

Metro Police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting in a strip mall parking lot on the city's northwest side.
Officers arrested 31-year-old Jose Lozano late Thursday afternoon for the murder of Toney Dangelo, 29.
Toney was shot and killed September 19 at the Augusta Plaza in the 2800 block of Westland Road. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The shooting happened just after two o'clock in the morning. When officers arrived on the scene, they found three people shot. Investigators identified the victims as 25-year-old Jose Garcia, 36-year-old Dowand Lane Sr. and Toney, all of Indianapolis.
Lozano is being held without bond.
