A 41-year-old mother is in serious condition after being stabbed in the chest.
This happened around 9 p.m. Monday on the city's southeast side. Police say Ronald Galyean stabbed Paula Martini in the chest at her home in front of her 16-year-old son.
She is at Wishard Hospital. Authorities say Galyean was a
previous friend of the family.
He was arrested overnight.
