AVON (WISH) - Avon police are looking for two people that were involved in a bank robbery at gunpoint Monday morning.
An Avon Police Department release, at about 10:23 a.m., two black males armed with handguns went into the Indiana Member’s Credit Union, 10438 E U.S. 36 Avon, and demanded money.
The men made one customer and six employees lie on the floor and count to 100 before getting up.
Witnesses told police the men were wearing black jackets and one of the suspects was wearing a black ski mask with an orange cap and was 5’ 10”.
Nobody was injured in the robbery. Photos and video were not available as of Monday morning. Call the Avon Police Department at 272-4485 to report information about the robbery or any other crime.
